I want you to know that it's gonna be okay and you're not alone in this. You aren't so far gone that you can't be helped. I’ve been there...the nasty self talk, the desperation, the overwhelm, the not-enough, the shame and guilt. It sucks the joy right out of everything, right? We only get one chance at this beautiful, messy life, how much time have you spent feeling dissatisfied with your food habits or the way you look? Months, years, decades? I specialize in working with women who are ready to break the cycle of emotional eating and begin to love the shape of their body. I love working with women who want to look in the mirror and know that they are worthy and deserving right in this moment. My passion is helping you turn meal time into something that truly feeds you instead of depletes.
So what does working together look like?
It looks like a "no-diet" food philosophy and cultivating a more positive body image. It's learning to be more gentle with yourself and discover how to truly listen to the messages your body is sending you. It's untangling your thoughts around moving your body and developing better ways to self-soothe. It’s discovering new and simple ways to nourish yourself. It’s realizing that all the food restrictions and body rules you learned over the years have no place in your life moving forward.
I'm a highly skilled listener and work intuitively to get you to your goals. When we work together, food and body image might be the main topic, but that's not all, not by a long shot. We talk life and rhythm and infusing more of what lights you up into every part of it. We talk about how you cried because the friendships you’ve been hanging on to don’t fit anymore and how awesome it was when you stuck to your newly created boundaries in a tough situation, because it's all connected.
What does a month of coaching entail?
We meet two times a month for one hour. The week between each session allows you time to process and take action steps towards your new goals. I am available through email in between sessions as needed. Upon purchase, I will send you out a specialized questionnaire to be completed before our first meeting. You have the option to meet with me by phone (U.S. residents only), Skype or Google Hangouts.

I believe that holistic health counseling should be available to those who need it. I now offer sliding scale rates ($50-$100 a session) to 2 clients per month. Please contact me if you would like to know more about this option. Proof of household income and number of dependents will be required.
